Don’t even waste your time with this doctor, she doesn’t care about anything. My appointment lasted probably 5 minutes. She started by asking why I came in, trying to zero in on the "chief complaint" because it was clearly seen she was in a rush. I've waited two months for it, I've got a list of things to discuss instead I paid 50$ copay for nothing. Medical system in US is a joke.

Dr. George performed a planned cesarean delivery operation on me in 2019. While her bedside manner seems to be fair (I was only treated by her on the day of my operation), I have serious concerns about how she performed by surgery. First, she failed to cut me on the same scar line from my first cesarean delivery. My first scar was neatly placed in the crease, low on my torso, and is barely visible. The incision she made is about an inch higher, large, crooked, and jagged. I asked my OB at my postpartum check up, why it was done this way. He said that is not the proper way as it is customary to cut on the same line. Creating a new incision only weakens the abdominal wall between the two scars. Second, and more serious, she left a piece of the placenta behind. This left me with excruciating cramps postpartum until finally I passed the three inch piece of tissue naturally at nine weeks postpartum. Thank goodness I did not suffer a hemorrhage, as this can be a deadly complication… of retained placenta. I most definitely would not recommend this OB/GYN.

I tried to schedule an appointment with this doctor because of severe abdominal pain however she was booked out and refused to squeeze me in, so next day I was admited to ER with serious condition. After an emergency room I was advised that I need to schedule follow up appointment with Joby George as soon as possible and ER staff notified her that she have to take me no matter what is her schedule is. After 30 min on the phone I was finally given a date and time of the visit only in one week. When I arrived for an appointment I was told that my visit was canceled last minute due to doctor left to emergency. Even though I was upset beacuse I have been waiting 1 week for this appointment and I really needed to see the doctor, also that I spent 2 hours to drive there and back, I understand that it may happen sometimes and that is not her fault. However I was not offered for acceptable date and time for next appointment even though I needed a follow up consultation as well because of my… emergency situation a week prior, they offered me a visit in 1 month which is ridiculous. Dr Joby George didnt bothered to recommend me another doctor for a visit, she didnt contacted me to find out how is my condition, no follow up’s etc, she acted absolutely careless as Im just a number of her countless regular patients not a human being needed her help. I found another doctor and this doctor is great, so I’ll never ever come back to Joby George and I do not recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I loved her from the min we met her. She is friendly, knowledgeable and always listened to our questions and concerns. I had a very traumatic first pregnancy experience with my old Ob and I feel she went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and safe. She took excellent care of me and my baby. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My wife had an ectopic pregnancy and we had to take her to the Highland Park Hospital ER (three times!!! all because of the useless OB doctors there). The first time Dr. George was on call and she was one of the lousiest doctors I have ever met. She is a naive doctor who knows nothing more than the book knowledge of pregnancy and its complications. She could not identify the ectopic pregnancy for sure even though another doctor later said it was very clear from the first ultra sound itself. Then she was not certain about should we go for a surgery or take the medicine to get the pregnancy terminated. So we had to wait for another day to get better lab results. The next day my wife had another acute pain and we had to take her to ER again, where the head of the OB practice Dr. Tyler showed up. We had been in the ER for 4 hours before he showed up. Given that we had been in the ER a day before and the ectopic pregnancy, I think (and the ER doctor agreed with me) that a 4 hour wait could… have been life threatening for my wife. Anyways, we were relieved after he arrived because he sounded very smart and knowledgeable. He recommended us to get the medicine to end the ectopic pregnancy and fully assured us that it would work. After he administered the medicine, we realized after he left that the injection in the IV had not fully delivered the medicine to my wifes blood veins and all the medicine was still in the IV. This I thought was height of negligence. We had to call him again which he appeared after 30 mins and made a lame excuse for the mistake and injected the medicine further. We thought we were done with the whole thing, only to find out after two days, that my wife was in pain again and had to be brought to the ER. This time it was Dr. Kramers turn on call. She was very rude outright in her first visit itself and told us that the medicine had not worked. When asked why, she only gave us the statistics that it only works 97% of the times (which to me is a high rate, and would like explanation that how did we fall in the other 3%?) But anyways she recommended surgery which she performed in a few hours but when we asked detailed questions about the procedure as to chances of removing the fallopian tube and other complications or chances of future conception, her answers were very unconcerned and rude. She once almost scolded me for asking so many questions. Well pardon me for being concerned about my wife and our chances of having children!!! She never followed up after the surgery and we are due to visit her in a week from now to follow up. Dont expect much from her, but just for her to assure the surgery went okay. We are definitely not coming back to this practice even if I have to have my wife deliver on the street!!!

As a doctor she is good, but the staffs that she works with are not the greatest. They don't communicate, so when one is out of the office, it becomes a huge mess. Sometimes there's no follow up phone calls as promised. I wish my experience was a lot better.
