This office staff is rude, uncooperative, unhelpful and arrogant. On a Jan. routine appt. the office mgr. said i have a huge deductible and had to pay the full amount. i called my ins. carrier to verify I had no deductible and advised the office manager, she refused to make a call to confirm because she knew how to read a form. She thought out of pocket is deductiblel. I paid the amount and later received my explanation of benefits form the ins. co. showing they also paid this doctor. when confronted theey said their system was down nationwide and could not do refunds. ( sounds like a deadbeat excuse) Stay away from this den of thieves.

Run from this doctor’s office. My friend and I have both had terrible experiences with the support staff. He may or may not be a good doctor, but his front desk is beyond bad. Rude, arrogant, dismissive, hateful, and condescending. Find a better doctor.

Avoid this doctor at all costs. Read all the negative reviews. They are true. The worst medical experience I have ever had in my life. Arrogant staff too!

Dr. Razook is very professional, courteous and thorough during my exam. I have heard from two nurse managers in Norman praise the results they enjoyed after he had performed surgery on their eyes. One actually cried, saying that for the first time she could actually see her son play baseball. The other said she was losing her sight from glaucoma and it had been restored surgically by Dr. Razook and added she just loved him.

I'm actually tired of thinking about my last office visit at Razook's, but I owe it to the office's potential future customers: READ ALL THE POOR REVIEWS about this office online. The negative stories sound similar to my own experience, so they have to be true. Really sad. Wish I had read reviews before my first visit. My experience was terrible! Not sure how to explain Dr. Razook's actually treatment over four visits, multiple medications and even an expensive blood test without ever solving my eye issue, but am not giving Dr. Razook another further chance because any decent service from him is overshadowed by a terrible, unprofessionally rude support staff that was misleading about prices, unethical, and even threatened to call the police when I wouldn't step aside while inquiring about a bill so they could help the next person. Save yourself a potentially disastrous experience. This office is just not worth it. I'd wouldn't even leave a one star review if "none" were an option.

Dr. Razook is very professional. He answered all my questions and accurately diagnosed my condition.

Repeated billing for amount I do not owe. Billing person is unfriendly. Hostile about Tricare. Office seems more focused on cosmedic enhancement business than his Opthamology business. I will not go back.

DR Razook was great but his office staff didn't file an authorization for my daughter's second eye surgery correctly and now they want 800.00 dollars because insurance won't pay until they send in a retro authorization and they won't and are threatening to turn me over to a collection agency and no one from office will return any calls concerning

My husband and I love Dr. Joel Razook and his wonderful care of our eye health. His grandmother died of eye caner and he takes great care of our eyes!
