Dr. Simon is so loving and made sure I received the best care! She is one of a kind and I am proud that she is my physician.

Dr Simon is the best doctor that I have ever been to.she really cares about her patients and the front desk has the best staff around.all the people at this office is first class.

I have thoroughly enjoyed having doctor Simon as our family physician. She actually takes time to listen to what you have to say, all the time watching to see what your body language tells her. I have found her to be extraordinary as a physician and diagnostician. She has proven herself time and time again to be thorough, conscientious, and to the point. I highly recommend doctor Simon to anyone looking for a good family physician.

She hides behind her push computer as she enters the doorway of the room. She doesn't usually make eye contact or spend time really talking with you to help you or discover what else you are there for. She is cold and did not examine me. I went for my first check up with her as a new patient I did have a few concerns that I wanted to address she listened to my heart and than stood behind her computer she ordered a prescription for me and blood work. Told me to come back in two weeks for the results as a follow up visit. I did and than my arm was in a sling and brace due to a recent fall I had taken and was treated at the ER for. The ER said often a small hairline fracture could be overlooked or not seen in the X Rays so if pain persist or swelling to see your physician for a referral to the Ortho on staff. I mentioned to her the fall and the X Rays she asked for the results from her staff stood in the hallway and said no fractures were shown. I said I know they already told me that,… however, if you would look at my wrist and let me show you my finger you can see why I need to be referred. She said I am sure its nothing more than just a sprain and it often takes time to heal. Never examined my wrist or looked at my finger. Disconnected with me and rudly dismissed me. When I asked her to please tell me what I can do or if she would prescribe something for me for weight control she said no she no longer does this and to call the other doctor with Shands group that does handle weight loss out of another building in Starke not affiliated with the practice. I had called several times and left multiple messages for the staff to call me, however, no one has done so and I told this to Dr. Simon asked her if it had to do with the fact that I am on Medicaid and its a cash or expensive program not accepted by Medicaid perhaps? She coldly answered no I am sure they just have been busy just drive over and go in person. Well its a 45 minute ride for me and I don't want to travel there to discover that no one is in or that I could not afford this that is why I need to speak with them first to find out more. The initial visit is $100 to see this doctor. Why can they not reply by calling back potential customers or making themselves available to answer the phones at least. Ms. Simon just walked away, I checked out and went over to inquire about changing my doctor and told them that I just did not click with her and did not and would not see her again. They told me to just call up and request someone else next time. Dr. Bonnie Green works with weight loss so I am going to try to see her next and hope for the best. Dr. Simon is best suited for ER care in and out no patient bedside manners required. My wrist is still hurting and clicking and finger or knuckle is still out of joint so I am having to return to the ER to have them re check and explain to them why and what the problem is in getting the doc to refer me to a specialist, I am going to see if they can actually write me a referral or call it over to someone to see me. I love the staff very helpful and friendly and my son and daughter loved their experiences with meeting their physicians very pleased with them and the one on one care the doctors really gave them. However, Dr. Simon just did not make the grade. My husband was with me on my return 2 nd visit and he left the room in shock over the care or lack of connection to me she made.
