My visit was good. The office staff was friendly and courteous Dr Bokosky was very nice and explained everything very well I had no questions because he explained it the only thing some people would think the wait in the office was too long but it was okay with me

Dr. Bokowsky was nothing short of excellent in every way. It was my first appointment with him, as my optometrist referred me to him for a scratched cornea on my eye, which has keratokonus. First, Dr. Bokowsky’s staff, from my initial phone call through interacting with them throughout the office appointment, were professional and friendly. Dr. Bokowsky greeted us with personal warmth and professional interest. He too, was professional and friendly. He quickly understood my problem, explained what he saw through his examination, and proceeded to clearly explain what actions should be taken next. After one day, the prescriptions he ordered for me, along with other directions, have helped me immensely and relieved my pain. I look forward to my follow-up visit next week. I highly recommend Dr. Bokowsky. And by the way, the office was spotless, and the decor lovely, setting the stage for a patient to be relaxed and trusting.

I always have to have several.pictures of my eyes for the Dr. to look at. I always find it very trying. It is hard to line up just as is necessary The staff and Dr were very professional. Dr Bokosky told me about his plans for my eye surgery and asked if I had any questions. My husband always goes with me for all eye appointments. He is very interested in my ability to see and what the treatment will be My older sister is totally blind from glaucoma. My parents as well as my brothers and sister all hav glaucoma. It's very important I keep getting this checked. I trust Dr Bokosky to keep us informed of any changes in my eye sight.

Dr. Bokosky is a no nonsense, excellent eye doctor. When everyone else was shut down during covid, he was there. He performed cataract surgery to both eyes resulting in 20-20 near and far in both eyes 5 years later. For those who find his bedside manner a bit direct, get over it. If you want a top notch eye Dr., he's your guy.

He is the worst. And horrible bedside manner I will NEVER, EVER GO BACK TO HIM AGAIN. IN FACT HIS ATTITUDE MADE ME CHOOSE ANOTHER EYE CLINIC

The doctor performed the surgery well; however, after five follow-up appointments for the same concern, Dr. Boksoky showed up early in the morning with an unprofessional attitude. Without saying a word, he attempted to hold my hand and cover my eyes. He then asked my daughter to translate but was extremely rude to her. Despite following his recommendation for the most expensive procedure, we kept asking the same questions without getting clear answers. The overall experience was very disappointing and unpleasant. I now have to find another doctor to perform the procedure on my other eye. Additionally, the wait times are terrible. The waiting room is overcrowded, and he sees over 10 patients in an hour. Had we known this beforehand, we would not have chosen him for the Trulign implant. This is just my honest feedback.

Dr Bokosky’s ophthalmological knowledge, operational skills, and professional manner/listening are all absolutely the tops. The staff is young and courteous. My annual checkup takes 2 full hours from my appointment time to walking out the door. My wait from my appointment time to start of the checkup was 35 minutes, and I was there 15 minutes early - a 50 minute wait. This wait time is the usual. Be that as it may, Dr Bokosky is worth waiting for, simply because he is the BEST!

Outstanding eye care, professional, thorough, helpful explanations, obvious expertise. Has provided superlative care for my entire family. Only concern is wait time.
