Very professional and easy to talk to. Never feel rushed I had the same gynecologist since my son was born in 1988 and when he retired 2 years ago I found Dr Bush. Could not have found a better replacement!!!

Dr. John Bush was very helpful and has an excellent bed manner. He is always willing to listen and help if you have any questions. He treats me with respect.

Dr. Bush delivered my first and I’m back pregnant with my 2nd. I tell everyone how wonderful my experience was delivering my first. Despite her coming a month early, he kept the atmosphere so calm and he respected all of my concerns and requests. He’s a fantastic doctor and I’m so thankful to have found him! Also, while delivering my first, his son and daughter also stopped in to check on me and it was a nice feeling knowing it’s a real family practice and they are all there for it!

The Dr. Bush Very friendly very accurate answered all my questions did everything properly. I felt very comfortable with this gentleman. And all the assistance were very helpful with my questions as well.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bush for over 20 years. He is an amazing doctor. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure he answers every question to your satisfaction. I know so many people that are also his patients, some of who I have recommended years ago that share the same feelings. Nowadays, it’s hard to find doctors that take the time to actually listen to you like he does. I have to say Dr. Bush is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. So thankful to have him as a doctor.

Dr. Bush delivered all three of my children, and was always amazing. His daughter was leaving for college the night our first was coming, and he made sure he was there for everything. He always had a great bedside manner as well. I would travel to Dr. Bush wherever he would be.

If I could give Dr John Bush 1000 stars I would. I have been lucky enough to have been his patient for 32 years. Dr Bush has the most exceptional bedside manner there is. He always took the time no matter what to listen to any & every question I had. He explained matters for me to understand. Unlike other Drs who like to use medical terminology to make themselves sound better. Dr Bush's voice was always calm, soothing & caring. I had several problems arise during two of my pregnancies. While I was a complete wreck Dr Bush knew exactly what to say & do to keep me calm. When I called to make my last appointment I was told it would be 3 months before I could see him. I was honestly thrilled to have just gotten the appointment. I believe Dr Bush cared for each & every patient the same. That is why whenever you speak to anyone about who their OB/GYN Dr was they replied "Only the best Dr John Bush!!"

I recently switched doctors, and Dr. Bush came highly recommended. From the moment I arrived, the experience started off very positively. The front desk staff checked me in pleasantly, and I waited no more than 10 minutes before being taken back. The nurse was wonderful. She took my vitals, asked thorough questions, listened carefully, and provided Dr. Bush with a detailed rundown of our conversation before he entered the room. When Dr. Bush came in, he was fully prepared. He addressed all of my concerns, answered my questions, helped guide me in the right direction, and worked with me to develop a plan of action. I left feeling heard, informed, and confident about my next steps. Unfortunately, the checkout experience was a completely different story. When I went to schedule follow-up exams, I explained which days and times worked best for me due to having two jobs with limited flexibility. Instead of working with me to find something close to those preferences, I was quickly shut down… and told, "I'll tell you what we have available, and you can see if those work." The interaction felt dismissive and as though I was inconveniencing the employee simply by asking. I would encourage the scheduling department to be more patient-focused. When someone tells you the days and times that work best for them, please make an effort to find options along those lines whenever possible. Many patients are juggling demanding schedules and are simply trying to make their healthcare fit into their lives. The urine sample collection process also felt impersonal and rushed. Overall, Dr. Bush and the nursing staff were excellent and made a great impression, but the checkout and scheduling experience left a lot to be desired.
