Office visit was NOT with Dr. Cantieri. so I cannot rate the service for him.

Dr. John is a great dermatologist. I’ve been seeing him for years and wouldn’t go elsewhere!

He was not personable or friendly at all. He never explained his diagnosis and then seemed annoyed when I questioned his treatment plan. He was in and out within 3 minutes and never came back.

I had a very uncomfortable experience with Dr. Cantieri,my first and last. He barged into the room while I was undressing, took a quick look at my skin problem, handed me a brochure and told me it was nothing to worry about. Since this is a recurring problem and I’ve been treated by other doctors in the past, I asked him to freeze them off which is standard procedure. Before I knew what was happening he shaved one of them off and send it in to pathology which was totally unnecessary. I challenged the bill and eventually they did adjust some of it off but the remaining amount is still over $400 where as another doctor charged me only $50. So between his lack of professionalism, unethical behavior, and exorbitant fees I would never recommend this doctor.

Walked out stunned and wanting my copay back after this appointment. There was a very poor introduction, no hand washing, didn't feel my exam was thorough. Left wanted to get a second opinion.
