I have been a patient of Dr. Cevera's for quite a few years. I am a worrier by nature. Dr. Cevera always takes the time to explain everything to me, and calm my fears. Recently, he biopsied a white patch in my mouth, and of course, I worried. The biopsy usually takes a week, but he called me in three days, on a Friday to tell me it was benign, so I wouldn't worry all weekend. That is a good doctor.

Went I went to Dr Cevera for a lump on my neck he was very kind and luster to ever thing said. I could see from his face it was not good I had cancer of tonsil and lymph node stage 3 cancer. He direct me to my oncologist and radiation Drs. In a matter of no time. Here I am 2 years late cancer free.

Terrible service. My wife brought my son into his office to look at his ear which (I saw it with my own eyes using an otoscope) had puss coming out of a bump inside of his ear. He wouldn't even take a few seconds to investigate my complaint. He simply dismissed it because he felt that there's no way that was happening. Didn't even take time to listen - just said, "No, that's no necessary, that's not there." I saw it with my own eyes!! I have a picture of it on my phone. Would it really have been difficult to take 30 seconds to whip his otoscope out and take a quick look???? What a JERK!!

The office staff were very unprofessional, not understanding and a little snippy. Not very organized, and not understanding. I will not be returning to this Dr. Or office they are not quality people or professionals.

I went to Dr Cevera with a sore throat. He examined me in his office on two separate occasions. He then sent me to the hospital for a laryngoscopy where I was put to sleep and he examined my throat with a scope. He found nothing wrong with me but told me to come back in four weeks. I went to another doctor who examined me and found nodules on my thyroid. I was sent for a cat scan the same day and then for an ultrasound and a fine needle biopsy and it was determined that I had thyroid cancer. I am now scheduled to have my thyroid removed. Dr. Cevera never found anything wrong with me. BAD.

this doctor actually took the time to discover the cause of a problem another doctor did not investigate. he took visit seriously and showed concern for my issue and finding a solution. actually diagnosed! treated respectfully.

Lucid explanations, precise answers to questions. Office wait time was only short minutes.
