Dr. John Henry Cook III, MD

This practice used to charge $1,500.00 per year just to get in the door. But, wait! They don't do that anymore! Now it's $1,650.00 per year to be a customer. That's right, business is so good that they raised the base price 10%. One of the from desk ladies is always crabby and bossy and corrects the customer whether it's appropriate or not. The other one just tries to stay out of her way and tries to be nice. And don't think that $1650 buys you any extra service. They are only open 4.5 days a week. I guess when they pay extra for you, you can treat your customers like crap. Customer service: Zero. Dr Competence in medical matters: 100% good. Dr. competence at running a practice: 50:50.

Dr. Cook is a true blessing from God. On the ratings, I had to mark wait time below a 4, and 30 minutes, because there are no markings to justify the wait time. You see, I will wait all day, if necessary, to have my appointment with Dr. Cook. The reason is that I know when my turn comes that Dr. Cook is going to spend whatever time it takes to take care of my medical concerns. The only reason wait times are not in 15 minute increments is because Dr. Cook spends whatever time is necessary to meet each of his patients' medical needs. You just cannot ask more of a : highly qualified, sincerely concerned,professional, expert in many fields, doctor that is not only concerned with medical needs, but also spiritual,mental,and emotional health etc...than the time they give of themselves to you--individually!Great Job, Dr. Cook! You are appreciated!
