Dr. Day is a no-nonsense, right to the point orthopedic doctor. He asks the right questions and gives good advice. The actual visit? Not so good. I arrived at 1:45 for my 2:00 appt. Filled out the “first visit of this year” paperwork, even though nothing had changed from last year. I get it. I then waited 40 minutes before being taken to the exam room. Another 25 minutes before x-ray technician brought me to her room. Ten minutes there, then back to exam room. Another 15 minutes wait before Dr. Day entered. Eight minutes later he left, and I did as well. I exited the building at 3:45. Two hours for eight minutes with the doctor and appx ten minutes in the x-ray room. Sad to say that every appt at Pinnacle is like this. Y’all need to address and resolve this situation.

Outstanding surgeon! He replaced my knees and my hips, all successful with no problems! Very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Would not go to any other orthopedic doctor..

Completed the 3 month follow up visit with Dr. Day after a total knee replacement. His expertise and ability to relay that knowledge in terms that are meaningful to the patient is extraordinary. Clearly explained present progress and what to expect in the coming months. His genuine concern for my well being and successful outcome was truly evident. Thank you Dr. Day!
