Dr. John Benjamin Gonzalez, MD

Love him! So upbeat. He's quick but busy, but very friendly and experienced and he saved my hand. Staff is nice too.

My surgery was a botch job. I am maimed for life. He is arrogant and cruel with his patient interaction.

Dr Gonzalez and his assistant Maggie are very rude people. They treat you like you don't matter. That your not really hurt. Like if you are lying. Very uncaring. Worse Dr ever.

He does not care about your pain or your concerns. He is always right and has a superiority complex when it comes to education or socioeconomic status. I work for a very large company and I'm taking steps to ensure that he is wiped from their MPN directory. Run from this doctor, he is not even board certified.

Worse doctor and staff assistants. Setting up an appointment with the time given and waiting over 2 hours to be seen. No one ever calls back with results nor submit authorizations to complete surgery. Its been over a month with no results.

The worst doctor we ever met - he was so rude to my wife I got in his face and almost pummeled him - read all the reviews out there on this idiot - stay clear of this moron...

I never had problems with the staff. They were always kind and helpful. Dr Gonzalez on the other hand is thee worst Dr I've had in my opinion he should not be practicing medicine. The 1st time I saw him I thought he was "ok" but it was all downhill from there. He even accused me of not really having an accident...what????? I can't say enough of how horrible he was to me. He said he would do my surgery and when I came back to schedule my surgery he said he never told me that and I said I didn't want surgery. There's so much more I could say and the more I have to say he worse he gets. Let me just say I would not recommend him to anyone ever. In the end I was referred to another dr and within 2 weeks I was able to have my surgery and have my injury, that I dealt with for over 2 1/2 years fixed by a wonderful dr.

Today was one of the worst day, I had my follow up with this unprofessional Dr. Gonzalez, he was so rude, yelled at me me saying, do you want surgery or not? With no explanation, no details, just straight out, Yes, or No, I had never been treated that way being me the patient, where he even said if u want surgery you need my help, if you don't want surgery, you don't need my help, he is the worst doctor I've ever met.. I don't recommend him at all.. seek for a professional doctor, to make this story shorter on the way out one of the not friendly receptionist handed me my after visit papers and said, The doctor recommends you to get a second opinion and to transfer, so after all I went thru, he didn't want to do surgery on me saying I refused to let him, and now I have no appointment, no doctor, no surgery for my carpal tunnel problem.. thank god Im not going back to him

I only seen him 3 time's, then he said he is going to do surgery on my hand..... I had been. Waiting for that comment from 3 different Dr. After being injured at work, a year and a half before. Needless to say, I was excited. He was absolutely amazing.
