Don’t go to this doctor. I’m worse than I was before the surgery. I’m still experiencing pain and I have been left permanently disabled. He butchered my knee replacement and I will not be able to regain the mobility I had prior to surgery. I reported him to my primary doctor and my insurance provider. Find another surgeon for anything you need done.

M.D Ram Anant shouldn't be in business!!!! My cousin had a surgery done by this doctor, we wished we read the reviews first before coming here. She now has a worst condition than when she had came in first. This doctor made unnecessary additions to her surgery to "fix" her knee. 1st- drilled a hole into her bone (another doctor confirmed this was unnecessary and even left a fracture in her bone) 2. He left a pin near her knee that was also unnecessary 3. Before surgery he decided to keep her in a "twilight sleep" type of anesthesia after already telling her beforehand that she will be put to sleep during surgery. 4. She has to redo this surgery because he didn't even fix her issue, but even made it worse. She now has more than $10,000 insurance bills because he added more anesthesia to her bill. Even after surgery, he didn't even refer her to get psychical therapy. This doctor needs to get reported and not be in doctor. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR AT ALL.

I had the misfortune of getting this doctor as a QME. I had neck surgery and he had to do an evaluation after the surgery was performed. I arrived before my scheduled appointment since I was told I would be there for at least 3 hours. I spent more time in the waiting room than the time hetook to examine me. His staff was rude but he was worst. He asked me a some questions and then asked me to lift my arms, legs, bend over and move my head in all directions; all that in no more than 15 minutes. When he was done, I went back to where I was sitting thinking he would have a lot more to ask and he stood in front of me and asked me to leave saying “I’m done” and waving his hand as if he was shoo-in a fly. From the time I arrived to his office to the time I left, it wasn’t even one hour. When I received his “medical report” I was in shock reading all the crap he wrote, to the point that I was sure he had confused me with another patient. When I asked my useless attorney to have him deposed… since everything in his report where nothing but lies, he said doctor Ram is well known to lie and write poor reports about his patients. Insurance companies love him and many attorneys know that’s the way “he works” I’ve been told he has many complains but since he’s always in favor of the insurance companies, he’s still practicing.

DO NOT go see this so called "doctor". My daughter broker her arm and was referred to this guy. He looked at the X-rays and said she needed to be put to sleep to correct the bone before he put a cast. He told me to "help" push the surgery approval with the insurance not knowing that I was going to have to do all the work. His receptionist Adriana is extremely rude! Anytime I asked to speak to the doctor she said no one was available. We saw this guy on a Tuesday and my daughters surgery was approved on Friday, when I called the office asking when it could be scheduled Adriana said she couldn't help me. I called the hospital to schedule and they couldn't believe how I had been treated by Rams office. Once Rans office found out that I had called the hospital I then received a phone call from Adriana stating that the doctor said I could take my business elsewhere, really!? When I left a message for the doctor requesting to pick up my daughters X-rays he refused to give them to me. I… told him I would be reporting him to the insurance and then all of a sudden he was able to do surgery Monday morning. I just got a phone call from the hospital (Saturday night) and they told me that the doctor told them to call me to tell me to take my daughter to County hospital in LA and have them fix her problem. I have NO idea how this guy has a license to practice. Needless to say tomorrow will be one week that my 3 year old broke her arm and has not been resolved all because this guy is not only a horrible doctor but a horrible person!
