Dr. Gunderman was so professional, knowledgeable, and kind in helping me and my child.

One star is only because of his knowledge. He lacks professionalism and is late each and every appointment. Has no respect for parents or his patient's time, and never apologized for being 2-3 hours late. I scheduled first thing in the morning appointments and he was still well over an hour late every time. Same thing for after lunch. An older lady up front said she worked for him for a long time and said he's very mean to the staff. They acted afraid of his temper. While he's a good, not great, neurologist, he's not worth the hassle a parent incurs every appointment because he doesn't respect his patients enough to show up to the appointments on time. Office policy is that if I did that as a parent, I would be charged a very LARGE amount.....but he can disrespect his patients and their parents without any regard for them. My child no longer goes to his office and I STRONGLY recommend others seek care for their child elsewhere as well.

I have heard Dr. Gunderman is fabulous, but some of the office staff are vengeful and cruel. My husband questioned the way they were processing our insurance. My husband has been in the the healthcare/insurance field for over 14 years. He did not agree that they were processing it properly and the way it was supposed to be done. The office staff was not honest and claimed my husband was belligerent and inappropriate on the phone, which was completely untrue. He just questioned their practice being that this is his area of expertise. He said they were completely rude and he was irritated by it. They refused care to my Autistic son, and put us on a do not treat list. Just shameful, dishonest, and cruel to a disabled child because the office staff did not care for his father. Very sad.

Nothing negative to say at all! The friendliest, most caring experience I’ve ever had in a medical office. The nurse was so sweet and personable, she put us at ease right away. Dr Gunderman is so genuine and caring. So happy to have found them!

This office is amazing. They actually answer their phones! If you have concerns, they listen and call you back with answers or options. Sounds easy? No other office in the area has such a caring doctor or two sweet and compassionate ladies in the office. Especially in these uncertain times, I feel blessed to have found people of this caliber to care for my daughter.

Caring and compassionate doctor, friendly and engaging office staff. Dr Gunderman showed true concern, he answered all our questions. His assistant put our son at ease the moment we walked in the door, a great team.

Have not seen the Dr yet but if his receptionist and staff are any indication, this will be a worthwhile experience. After dealing with long hold times, unreturned calls, and extremely rude office staff, Dr Gunderman’s staff was a breath of fresh air. This certainly bodes well for our upcoming appointment. Other local dr offices need to sit up and take notice. Being pleasant and courteous has made an amazing first impression.

Dr Gunderman is the best! Friends told me it was worth the wait to see him instead of another Dr and they were right! He took the time to listen and to answer all my questions. Facing the possibility that your child may have special needs is scary and overwhelming. Finding Dr Gunderman feels like a lifeline. The rapport between office staff and Dr is amazing and that attitude extends to the patients. Miss Karen is a treasure, the sweetest, kindest lady ever! The only Dr my son looks forward to seeing!
