The receptionist is snotty and rude. Not impressed with anything about this place.

The “receptionist” Leann is a joke. She’s very rude and lazy. I sat in the waiting groom for 10 minutes while Leann was on a personal phone call talking about drama.

If you want a bill after having 2 insurances go here! Two years after the visit out of the blue I get a collections notice. Kathleen the biller is horrible and very rude!! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and it's sad bc the couselor (Chris ) is very nice... just wish they knew how to bill or be friendly.... maybe a couseling session for the biller perhaps??

I have been seeing John S Hand every week for the past six years. I had been to many psychologists before going to Dr Hand. Dr Hand has been extremely helpful and is probably the best psychologist available anywhere.

There is something really, really wrong with this man. He is out of touch, angry, mean, and mentally unbalanced. Read the other reviews on him before booking. I would never allow a child or teen to see this man.
