Dr. Ireland is very professional and kind. He is great with his follow up and his communication. I had some concerning scans and received a call back from him as soon as he got the scans sent to him from the radiology department. His medical assistant Samantha, is also very communicative. She always made me feel welcomed and never made me feel like I was bothering her. When I was there the office was clearly busy, but I never felt rushed or that I was just another patient he sees. I would recommend Dr. Ireland and his assistant to anyone.! I am very happy with my experience. Thank you Samantha for all you do! Thank you Dr. Ireland for being so amazing! I'd like to also note that even though Banners messaging system and appointment system is HORRIBLE, Samantha always made sure to follow up with in a week and or when she could, They are both very caring individuals. I recommend his care to my family members

Had one appointment with him. Seemed competent. He ordered a PET scan and said he would call me as soon as the results were in to review with me. I read the results myself and they flagged some concrening issues. A week later and I still have not heard from him nor has he responded to 2 email messages I sent to his Banner University email account. Extremely unprofessional.

I found Dr Ireland and Delinda to be very professional. They listened to my concerns and were very responsive. I feel very encouraged that I’ll be feeling better soon.

Dr Ireland was awesome in the hospital and in his office, very friendly and took the time to listen. His nurse Delinda was very kind and helpful as was the front desk staff Shaunna.

Dr Ireland is one of my favorite doctors to see. He never rushed me during my appointments and always gets me in quick. His Nursing staff is always helpful and willing to go above and beyond.

This office cares way more about policies than they do about patients. If you need out-of-the-box thinking, forget about it.

He has a nice manner, but the office does not know anything about the hospital and is not very friendly to the patient. The hospital is even more incompetent than the office, I would only go there to die as they certainly don’t care about the living. So would strongly recommend going elsewhere unless you enjoy inconvenience and exasperating frustration.

Dr Ireland was very friendly and helpful. His Nurse Felicia was very caring and friendly as well. The entire visit was great and they made me feel welcomed!
