Dr. John Kelly Jones, MD

I am a young woman who came in for a check up, I ended up having an abnormal pap and have had to come in several times for follow ups. In addition to my normal wait time being over 2 hours they only take cash, quite shady. Now I'm not the normal clientele of this clinic and I believe my poor treatment is due to my lack of child and my skin color. Many women are called before me no matter if they had an appointment or not. I will not be returning again, after giving them many chances I have not come to a positive conclusion on this office

the staff was wonderful the PA is very caring the wait is worth it and they follow up with u and very detailed about ur results and they always answer ur ?

Usually my wait time was about 2 hours (to see the rather useless PA, not the doctor). Once when I waited for the doctor I waited for over 3 hours.His office keeps rebilling me on bills that I already paid (and they cached the checks) and I have to waste my time settling the bills and sending over the proof of payment.Every single time I gave blood or urine it was drug screened without my consent (and of course my insurance and I have to pay for it).Stay away from this doctor and his office (I went to the office in Hawthorne).
