Reception wonderful. Staff handling awesome. Doctors assessment excellent. Felt comfortable respected.

Went there for my annual checkup. Everything turned out well. Don't have to go back till next year.

This review is only about John J Kim. On the day I went to the eye clinic for my annual eye exam ( John J Kim was one of their ophthalmologists at that time )... After the O.T. finished vision tests. John J Kim came in the room. Even though I said hello, he didn't say a word. Quite rude! Bad attitude. Without any warning, he flipped my upper-eyelid upward abruptly, I was in pain and shock. Zero bedside manner. When he talked, finally, his tone was totally unacceptable! IMO, John J Kim is a mean and nasty person. Hope he'll have a taste of his own medicine soon... I subsequently contacted the eye care clinic where John J Kim was working for at that time, but found out that he's no longer working there. Now I realized that he is working somewhere else. So again, this review is only about John J Kim, the ophthalmologist.

Excellent bed side manners and precision in the operating room which has saved my vision, he concervative with his approved and sincerely cares.

Dr. Kim saw my mother promptly without the scheduling hassle. She was in ocular distress due to an intense irritation in her eyes causing tearing and blurring of vision. Dr. Kim was the only Ophthalmologist who would see her the next day. He may have a crowded office but that's because he's that good, and is willing to treat all regardless of their insurance coverage.

My mother saw this doctor. He scheduled an appointment at his New York office. One the office was overcrowded. So much so there were only two seats available when we arrived. Secondly, he was a half an hour late. Finally, I called him to inquire about an alternative to the $150.00 prescription he had given her. After calling both offices and being assured that he would return my call. He did not until I called again made yet another call to his office. I explained the problem, he said that he would call the pharmacist and would call me back. That was Friday. It is now Monday morning and he has not called yet. I do not expect that he will. Suffice it to say I will not be using he services again.
