Dr. John Chin-Tiong Lim, MD

Dr. Lim has been my Gynecologist for many years. He is the best Dr. I've had. He explains things well and talks with you after your appointment to address any questions. He diagnosed an ectopic pregnancy I had where other Doctors could not and I am eternally grateful! He is always courteous and his staff is great! Before Dr. Lim I had female gynecologists but none compared to Dr. Lim's thoroughness or thoughtfulness. I feel blessed to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Lim cares about his patients and makes them feel comfortable. He makes sure eveything is going well in ones pregnancy. Dr. Lim delivered my last three children and I would go back to him if I were to have another baby.

I gave birth to my first child in 2005 and experienced the worth. Good pain management during the delivery but poor or no follow up for the recovery, despite a bleeding and extremely painful episiotomy. Dr Lim performed an episiotomy but apparently did not prevent the cut to extend to the anal area. Took 6 month to heal and more than a year to recover from the traumatic event. Dr Lim seamed in a rush, cut me after 20 minutes of pushing (did it during lunch time obviously)but had to sew me back for 20 minutes. My pregnancy was perfect, my baby 7.6 lbs, no complication whatsoever. I doubt the doctor wanted to bother himself with the infection and the scaring down there. He kept saying "everything was normal" until his collegue Dr Ito burned me down there with silver nitrate to help the area heal properly. Very sympatic and happy doctor throughout the pregnancy, but no caring whatsoever when problems occurs. I had a selective c-section with a different ob/gyn for baby 2 due to the… traumatic recovery.
