He did surgery on my back because of fractures but the day of surgery I seen him 2 min then after surgery I was told I could go home so when I got up I felt better but then I felt something wrong so I when to my appointment and when I told the PA that I had something else wrong with my back he told me to wait month for it to heal but come to find out I that another fracture so I when back to see him he didn’t want to see me Ithe pa came and said we going to do a different test and it came back to be a active fracture still main would not see me he referred me to another surgeon what a crack of doctor he is he in Ocala Florida I will never go back to him

Two bad surgeries and he skipped out of the state with no warning. Don’t let him get near you!

My son's shunt had quit and this butcher was on call. He first shut his off then did surgery the next day. It got infected and within two weeks my son was in icu on life support due to septic from shunt infection from this moron. He came in the room the day before he was discharged and said I'm sorry and gave my son 13.00 . I bout lost my son cuz of this idiot. This happened while he was playing Dr in Tulsa Oklahoma

he butchered my back..I have nothing nice to say. He used hardware that was way to big for my body. When I knew something was wrong he just ignored me. I finally found a doctor to correct all the damage he did but it was years of suffering.

This doctor did a cervical fusion on my neck C4-C7 I told him several times that something was not right! He left Tulsa ten months after he did my surgery and didn’t refer me to another doctor or even tell me he was leaving! After suffering for 18 months and not being able to find a doctor in Tulsa to fix the fusion I traveled to Virginia and finally had a Neuro surgeon X-ray my neck only to tell me what I already knew...it was not fusing!! The doctor sent me for a ct scan to confirm (without contrast) and scheduled me for surgery! By this time I could barely walk, my head rang constantly, I couldn’t even take care of myself! Dr Main said that I had some autoimmune disease like MS or something and doctors tested everything in Tulsa at Oklahoma State University! Don’t let this doctor touch you! After he did surgery on me he informed me that he is in pain management as a patient and takes gabapentin aka neurotin and who knows what else he takes! Thanks to the good doctor who fixed my… neck I am now feeling much better and on a road to recovery but I also have plates, rods and screws in my neck.

This surgeon seems nice, but never let him operate on you. He crippled my wife. There are many better, more qualified, surgeons.

A year and a half ago I had to have a spinal surgery with fusion on my whole neck, I went in informed, completely comfortable, and confident. Dr Main did a great job on my ACDF surgery with a fusion. My scar is forever there but if this doctor didnt go in when he did I would have been sitting in a wheel chair today. Although I still face another surgery I Thank God everyday that I had one of the best Neurosurgeons for this urgent situation. His whole team was awesome and professional through the whole procedure. Thank you again Dr. Main. I will be going back to him for the next one.

Why did Dr. Main file chapter 13 backruptcy and close his business and try to start a new business in florida. Never never use this surgeon!

Already has changed what was said during apt. Wants to inject and do surgery.

I cancelled my referral to this doctor as indications were he was overbooked and patients appointments were not kept on schedule.
