THE BEST DOCTOR EVER I AM GONNA MISS HIM.

Dr Brink recently removed a polyp on my vocal chords. Years ago, He did tonsillectomies on 2 of my daughters. All three surgeries had successful results . Dr Brink is an excellent physician, very caring and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him.

Stuff: Very Rood, Pushy and lay Back. Confused, misleading, racist, and very discriminatory They charged me for service they could not complete, hurt my ear, and when I asked them for refund, they refused and offered me to drop from their services. Doctor probably knows what he is doing, but patients are his dollar not humans. Extremely expensive, charged me for doctors services without servicing me, instead put a assistant to service me, who did not know how to do the job, and hurt my ears The most grid person in earth, charged me for a job that his assistant could not do, try to sell me natural oil, on top of big charges for a little job. His priority money, his office treats you like trash. Grid, Grid, Grid

I can't imagine where these other reviews are coming from. Dr. Brink was late coming into my room the first time I visited his office, but that is because he must have read my chart cover to cover first. I had been referred by an oncologist (for a different type of cancer), and Dr. Brink was familiar with every aspect of my health and knew what to do about my basal cell carcinoma. He explained it well and described what he would be doing. My surgery was scheduled for his next surgical day. Again, I had to wait in pre-op (I was the very last surgical patient of his day) but that is because the next to last patient ahead of me had a much more serious cancer situation that originally suspected, and Dr. Brink took all the time necessary to see that this patient received the best care. As for hospital staff, while we were waiting in the pre-op, every single staff member would break out in a smile and chuckle when we asked about Dr. Brink. They all loved him and thought him the best… surgeon! And I could see why, when, several hours later, he came to visit and apologize for the delayed surgery. He spent probably 15 minutes talking to us (rather than rushing through to get home) and explaining why he had to delay my surgery, said he had been thinking of mine positively during his long delay because he knew he was going to give me the best of positive results and end his day on a happy note. Both my husband and I were seriously impressed.

Nasty Dr. Very rude to me and staff. Very disorganized practice. I was bounced from room to room, 3 times. I was asked the same questions by 3 different staff members. Leads me to think my chart was lost. While I was playing "musicl rooms" I was sent back to lobby to wait. When I finally saw the Dr. he was so rude to me that I left with out treatment. This guy has a serious anger management issues. Stay clear!

On the first visit it seems very explicit about the sinuses surgery. I would not recommend this doctor to anybody. He is careless doing sinuses surgery and doing post surgery treatment. Now I am forced to get another surgery from a good qualified surgeon doctor to correct his screw ups. I wish I had read his reviews in this review site or health grades to learn about him from the bad reviews of his previous patients.

It was apparent to me that this doctor has a very serious anger problem -- not necessarily with his patients, but with his staff. At times, he can seem unapproachable and you just never know what his reaction will be. I found a different ENT very quickly and couldn't be happier.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO DR BRINK FOR ABOUT 9 YEARS AND HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR, IF HE CAN FIX YOUR PROBLEM HE GIVE'S IT HIS BEST IN FINDING A SOLUTION.HIS STAFF IS A FANTASTIC GROUP, YES I WOULD TELL PEOPLE ABOUT HIM AND HIS STAFF THEY ARE A WONDERFUL GROUP..

Dr. Brink is great I felt like I was in Medical lecture not a appt. I found out so much info about the nose I actually educated my friends. Follow up from test like the Catscan was poor I had to call them to get info. My first appt was on a Saturday and I was the first appt. that day and the doors did not even unlock until 5 min after my scheduled appt. time. I had a pre-surgery appt one day at 11:30am left work to drive 20 miles to the beach only for the office to tell me he was behind over 1.5 hrs. something they should have called patients to let them know. I left upset expecting them to follow up yet it appeared they did not even care to get me back in. It was only when I called back after a month that contact was made. The front office is the first line of the experiance for patients and this one failed and if it was not for Dr. Brink being great I would have went somewhere else.

My first appointment w/ Dr. Brink went very well. I found his assistant and him to be very informative and professional and I enjoyed their interactive approach with me, the patient. The tour of my nose and throat was very interesting with Dr. Brink informing me of what we were seeing - very educational. And, where the rubber hits the road, he determined a course of action for a potentially very serious condition, gave me clear alternatives, made a recommendation, and didn't pressure me at all in my decision. He and his team also rearranged their schedules to arrange quick surgery to alleviate discomfort and allow sufficient testing of my situation. I am very pleased with he and his team.
