I found the staff very pleasant. He was thorough and didn't push me into doing surgery that was not necessary at the time. n

He hasn't reviewed my chart before entering the examining room at any of my appointments. He is surprised I have a systemic pre-existing condition at each visit. I've seen him at least 5 times over 3 years. He doesn't review the medications I am currently taking. But he has all of the great new diagnostic equipment though. The male nurse/technician does remember and seems very professional. The female just goes through the motions.
