Dr. John J Mingle, MD

Misdiagnosed my condition, refuses to acknowledge any other possible diagnosis which fits better and gets me back to work. Instead he chooses to stick to his misdiagnosis so I continue unnecessarily in his care. Stay away!!!!!

Dr.Mingle is one of the best doctor's I have encountered. He was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and his bedside manner is second to none. I would highly recommend him.

I don't know this doctor, but the staff at WellSpan Neurology in York is horrible. My son's neurologist moved to this practice and they have been a nightmare to deal with. His seizures have gone from one every 18 months to every 6 months to every 9 weeks, however this office says that he can't be seen for almost 2 months. After repeated calls, I was told they would speak to the doctor and call me the next day. The next day nobody called me, and even though their website states they are open until 5PM, I called at 4:45PM and the answering machine said they were closed. This office apparently has no appointments for urgent medical issues. I was repeatedly told that if my son had an emergency that I should take him to the ER, or I could take him to his old practice and pay a higher co-pay and coinsurance. The staff has no compassion and shows no sympathy even when a sick child is involved.

I was a patient of this physician during his residency @ UNC-CH. He was by far one of the most caring and outstanding docs i've ever had. He always strived to solve issues and alleviate your concerns as a patient. I would highly reccommend him to anyone who may be looking for a Neurooogist for any reason. The area he cerves is lucky to have him.
