VERY GOOD DOCTOR MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND I DIDN'T FEEL ICKY AFTER THE OFFICE VISIT LIKE I HAD AFTER SO MANY OTHER OFFICE VISITS WITH OTHER DOCTORS

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dr. M. I can't stand the lady in the office Jerri. I have left the office many times in tears because of her being so rude to me.

Made an appointment, got all the way there and almost refused to see me once he found out I did not want to take the birth control pill. Not open-minded about any other birth control methods other than the pill. Was very rude and almost made me cry with his tone of voice, and actually told me I was wrong in deciding not to take it anymore. I'm a perfectly healthy female who routinely gets my period once a month with no side effects from my period off the pill, and I eventually would like to be pregnant (in the next 5 years), I see no reason to put artificial hormones in my body daily for no reason. I had to lie and say I wanted to become pregnant in order for him to see me that day. I do not trust a doctor who has ideas so adamant that he can't listen to another's. As a practictioner you should be constantly wanting to learn and always keeping an open mind because pharmaceutical companies lie, and scientists may say something is good one day but determine years later that it causes… autism in children, or birth defects. Nothing is ever for certain, and a good doctor continues to learn, and not tell a woman what is best for her body, everyone is different. Do not waste your time seeing this doctor if you are off the pill, using any other method of birth control, or have any viewpoints different than his. In 10 years of going annually to different gynocologists, I have never been talked to like this or had such an awful experience.

He's angry.

I highly recommend Dr missanelli he is an awesome Dr.

They're is a reason he went from east coast to west coast, why is that??? Because he was unprofessional and rude. He left the room when I was about to deliver mo-mo twins ( stillborn) and left me, my husband and nurse to deliver them ourselves. A traumatic experience in itself. My daughters, still born or not, exploded from me after hours of being induced and ripped the skin on they're heads. It was a horrifying experience. He was nowhere to be found for a half hour and later on found out through a hospital source that he didn't "like demise pregnancies" Well, unfortunately nobody was a fan of demise pregnancy that day, including me, my husband, and the nurse he left hanging on her first demise delivery.

Do not allow this doctor to perform surgery on you!

Dr. Missanelli was my OB/GYN for 7 years when he was practicing in Philadelphia. If it was not for Dr. Missanelli, 2 of my sons would not be here with me today. The personal care that he provided is like none other that I have ever experienced. Dr. Missanelli listens, which is pretty rare with doctors today. The medical treatment I received from him was above average. I still have not found a doctor that comes close to Dr. Missanelli. The Philadelphia area definitely lost one of the best when he relocated. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Missanelli.
