Dr. John Jakes Pang, DO

The office staff is lazy and won't answer the phone even during business hours. Kathryn is the worst office worker of all. Dr. Pang needs to replace these people if he is going to keep his practice. This staff has stressed me out more than I have ever been. Bad place if you want good health.

The staff as well as the Dr Pang is very helpful, kind and concerned about their patients. Been a patient here for 12+ years.

Dr. Pang is a good dr. but his staff is rude, lazy, & unprofessional. I've been a patient of Dr. Pang on and off for a couple of years now, I only go there when I am desperate and can't get an immediate appointment with my regular physician. That woman Becky is really the worst employee there. I believe with Dr. Pangs excellent beside manner his business could and would expand enormously if he had a better staff. His staff is the absolute worst I've ever encountered.

they do not write is discussed on the charts. mix up people charts. things that should be documented in charts are not in them. mix up patients chart information.

I had good experience. I like the fact they offer sat hours &you are able to walk in if you need to. Wait time was typical of any practice. Staff and Dr were courteous and attentive. Self pay prices are great.

Office staff is rude, unprofessional. They are angry & sullen from the get-go, & it only gets worse if you ask them to actually DO something that involves any effort. I have waited up to 2 weeks to get a return call, test results, prescriptions ordered. Dr. Pang is a kind man, but he needs to clean house (staff-wise) so he can get a grip on his practice.

I called monday and was aggervated because ive been unable to find a dr to prescribe.my normal anxiety medications and the drs i found didnt accept my inssurance.My normal dr recently retired in december.Well the receptionist was very helpful said you accepted my inssurance and could help me out with.my anxiety even though she was a little under the weather she was fantastic.I will be calling tommorrow to scheldule an appt.Hopefully i can have a pcp that i like and is smarter than the others ive seen.Thank you so much

I always get in quickly. The Ladies in the office are prompt and courteous. The med aides are students, most are very kind and sweet. The Nurses are Knowledgeable and courteous. Sara the Nurse Practitioner, always listens and does her best to make sure all my questions are answered. Dr. Pang is a good doctor , in the 13 months I have been coming to Dr. Pang I have only seen him once in a "sour mood" and that was on a day where the clinic was short handed and everything was going wrong. In general though he usually in good spirits. Dr. Pang always listens to my health problems and concerns , and answers all my questions. I have read some of these other reviews by other patients and I think sometimes ,some people forget that Doctors are human-beings too. God Bless Dr. Pang and his staff!

I had not been to the doctor in quite some time. The entire staff was so plesant, professional and informative. Sarah, the doctor I met with, took extra time to go over every single step she conducted. She made me feel relaxed, confident and eased any anxiety I had. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I am very thankful!

the staff at that office is not very professional at all very rude . they didnt even finish with my stuff,the doctor was awesome..Dr.Pang should get some really nice ladies to work there...
