I saw Dr. Reilly for a mass and enlarged lymph node in the breast. The first day I saw him,he was great we agreed with my family history we would biopsy the mass and lymph node. Two days later when I went for the biopsy and it was like a different person. He didn't biopsy anything he took a tiny bit of fluid out and wouldn't send it off,told me he did more than he should have and for me to wait six months. So I am trying to find another doctor for a second opinion. I am not happy with what happened in my care plan

we had to walk out due to another apt. we pd our copay which I doubt we will get back.... the rudeness from new person at registration was terrible - the wait is horrific - not only did I wait 2 hrs but.. when I questioned Dr Reilly's nurse as to why I was over looked she just replied I don't know anything about that..!! with a harsh look... and took the patient with the 10:30 apt anyway.. so Dr Reilly is a great person and we hate to change surgeons .. but they need a meeting of the minds.. and should be aware that surgical patients are in need of treatment

Dr. Reilly is excellent! The outer office staff needs refresher classes in handling patients. The wait time to see the doctor was horrific. Patients without appointments and late arriving patients should be seen after patients who have been waiting for well over an hour, not before, Late arriving patients should have to reschedule. That is how most other offices do it. And if they showed up without an appointment, let them wait until everyone else is seen by the doctor. An emergency? Well the hospital is right across the street.

You could not really tell the doctor anything--he knew it all. I had some problems after surgery which he downplayed, actually he refused to admit this was a problem as did his PA and when I finally showed the nurse what I was talking about, she knew my concerns were not only founded but required some attention.

From the onset I have been very pleased with Dr. Reilly's approach to my health care concerns. He takes time to listen and then he provides recommendations. However the office staff is often abrupt. They do not call back when they say they will, their phone manners are inconsiderate. It is difficult to get a follow up apt.
