I had a cyst removed from my finger. This was four years ago and my finger is still four times the size that it was before surgery The pain is triple what it was before I had it done !! Not ever going back there..

He doesn't know how to read X Ray's. I had a scaphoid fracture and underwent treatment. Post treatment he said there is a. Mal Union of 1 mm but that is fine. After 2 years I was having pain in the wrist and went to another doctor. Seeing old X Ray's of Rich he said there is no Union of fracture.So Rich doesn't know to read even x-ray and say whether there is Union of fracture also.Now I had to undergo surgery with metal plate and 6 screws to stabilize Scaphoid. If Rich had knowledge of X Ray's I would not have needed a surgery.

I've learned from my experience with Dr. Rich and the Scranton Orthopaedic Specialists if my first call to a medical entity is met with an uncaring person, the whole experience after, including the surgery and place of surgery, will probably be as well.
