My whole life is about customer service. The office staff and doctor are the antithesis of this. I am fed up with doctors being dismissive and condescending. Yes, I get that you are smart. Your a Neurologist. But it doesn't give you the authority to be a jerk. And, don't get me started with the office. A bunch of people that pass the buck and perhaps lied outright. Not worth my time to figure out which was true. Next.....

I have seen Dr. Robinton about five (5) times for weakness. He did some sort of an electrical test and sent me for a blood test for Pompe's Disease. He then sent me for a muscle biopsy. I saw him a few days ago, he did more physical test on me, he wanted me to see another Neurologist's for a second opinion and physical therapy. On my way out, I stopped to see receptionist and she gave the other Neurologists name, and where to go for physical therapy. I explained before I leave I wanted to see the muscle biopsy report, she advised it was with the doctor. I asked her to get it from him and I will leave. She refused! I laid the papers on her desk and walk out. What am I asking for, was it to much to asked? I will never go back there!!!

I was misdiagnosed as having carpal tunnel syndrome by two other doctors. I wasn’t comfortable. Dr Robitson. Correctly diagnosed as severe spinal stannous, a severe and condition whose damage is irreversible. He had results in 2 days. Had surgery and cured. He was not rude but even if he were I would take a skilled rude doc over an inept one

I'm just repeating what a reviewer said below. I couldn't say it any better!! Dr. Robinton is rude, arrogant and condescending. He does not listen to the patient, he speaks to you like you are a child. He is by far the worse Physicvian I have everencountered. STAY AWAY!!!!

I didn't make the appointment so I couldn't put a star for ease of appointment and I don't know if I will be following up with the doctor, so I couldn't rate as well. I did see past reviews before, I went to see this doctor, which made me extremely nervous and uneasy. Yet, please believe all negative reviews are very unfair. The office staff were very nice and the wait was less then 10 minutes. The nurse that brought me into the room, was very kind and considerate and the doctor was Amazing!!! He listened to me and was very kind and sympathetic, to all my pain. I can tell he is NOT going to be lied to, so if you are a scam artist or trying to beat the system, don't even think about it. But, if you are truly in pain and haven't had the best treatment due to work comp playing games, this amazing, caring doctor will make sure, you get taken care of! Isn't that what 5 stars are truly about?Thank you Doctor Robinton and Staff! Love, Now Hopeful
