I was very skeptical about seeing a doctor about my back and leg severe pain.My Chiropractor referred me to Dr Spitilieri. I cannot find enough stars unless you look up on a clear AZ eve.From office staff to hospital staff ,The staff at OASIS hospital in PHX was incredibly professional,caring. The cleanliness of both sites was very encouraging.The doctor is a miracle maker. Thank you to all.I am now still in recovery , I am now pain free and cannot wait to get back to my daily routines.

Impressed on my first visit, there was a wait because Dr. Spitalieri spends time with the patient listens, observes, and create a treatment. I was astounded Dr. Spitalieri had a plan for the pain I have dealing with for a long time.

Dr. Spitalieri and his staff are amazing. Polite employees, clean clinic, and great customer service. My pre-op, surgery and post-op have been great.

Dr Spitalieri was very brusque, I felt like hit by truck by his conclusions- made before he came in. No input from me- I want the truth, but a Dr can be kinder, more patient. He didn’t let me compose myself to ask questions. Very impatient and NOT compassionate attitude. Prescott still needs a decent neurosurgeon who is a decent human being.

Was a great experience staff very friendly and professional got in at appointment time didn't have to wait doctor on time explained everything gave me time for questions Nurse setting up surgery and insurance right away very pleased

Excellent neurosurgeon after hurting for about 25 years and no one could do anything I had surgery L5 S1 with doctor spitalieri and I have no pain after 6 weeks.
