It's a outrage the way they schedule appointments. I had an appointment at 2 pm today right after their lunch break so I wouldn't have to wait. I get there and there's 3 people waiting to see him at 2pm. The first guy there almost knocked me down to get thru the door so he could sign in. Then they call his name first and I asked how many 2pm's do you have and she said 2 and then I asked why and was furious! She then tells me the Dr. wont be back until 2:30! So there is 1 patient in the room at 2 and the Dr dosen't see him till 2:30. Then Dr spends a great deal of time with you 20 some times 30 minutes. So now the other patient is in room 2 waiting to see the Dr and by the time the Dr see's number 2 it's 3pm! When I confronted him downstairs about me cancelling my appointment and finding new Dr. because of the wait time, he didn't seem to care one bit! Look elsewhere!

Went for general check up and it was good no issues Dr. Stoufer gives you time to explain and provides good help and advice, front desk ladies are super awesome and helpful.. They went out of their way to help me resolve a problem with my insurance.. Lucy and the lady in the back office thank you..

WAIT TIME IN OFFICE 2 HRS. . FOLLOW UP CALL OR VISITS VERY POOR. PATIENT OR FAMILY HAVE TO MAKE NUMEROUS CALLS TO THE OFFICE TO GET ANSWERS

The staffs are very rude! I would not want to see the Dr again just because of the staff.

Not just your average doctor, he's both smart and insightful. He will go beyond the symptoms to get at the real cause of the problem. He's my hero.

He can be a trial...... he is as stubborn as i am but...He is great! I had some difficulties with him initially.... however after getting to know him (over ten years now)i know he has a sense of humor, know what he is doingvery observant. although hard to tell what he is thinkingi believe he is a caring, capable physician. Unlike some,he is not at all stuffy. In my opinion he is great!

I was horrified the way this doctor treated me and my parents when I accompanied them to an appointment. He was dismissive, rude, uncaring and didn't even have my dad's chart in the room!!! He also totally missed that my dad had (malignant) tumors on his spine because he frankly didn't believe how much pain my dad was in, and didn't bother examining his legs and back. What a disappointing and sad experience.
