Dr. John Claude Turse, MD

I am 82 with several well-managed heart issues. Dr. Turse has been my primary care and GI doctor for over 25 years. His thorough professionalism is impeccable. He takes his time to examine carefully, and explain things well. I appreciate that he does not bring a computer into the exam room. He has sent me to excellent specialists as appropriate. He is the best MD I have ever worked with and has become a trusted friend.

Really caring doctor! Will tell you everything you need to know and take the time to go over your history, and future plans.

I’ve never waited more than a few minutes after arriving for my appointments. I’ve been going to him for about 3 years now & would recommend him to everyone.

My wife and I have both used Dr. Turse and are very happy with the concern and treatment and time he gives at each appointment. There is never a long wait to be seen and when you get seen he never rushes to get out to the next appointment. Always goes over everything in detail with you. Also he is very real with the patient, a Dr so talented yet so normal to speak with. I wish he was my primary Dr, because of how thorough he is. I would recommend him to anyone.

First visit, so far I've had a pleasant experience. Staff was great as well as Dr. Turse. Very thorough about explaining the process and making sure I understood. The staff was very helpful as well, they addressed my questions and explained the paperwork process. Overall honestly no complaints.

Office was very efficient and waiting time was short. Dr. Turse explained everything and was very helpful and answered questions I had.

Dr. Turse is great and took time to explain the recent results of an MRI. He alleviated all concerns I had and also answered questions my wife had for an upcoming appointment. However, my appointment was at 11 and I arrived at 1045. My paperwork was completed ahead of time. I did not see Dr. Turse until almost 1230. This is ridiculous. The front desk/MAs have to do a better job of managing patient appointment times. Sure, there can be circumstances sometimes but I overheard people saying this is a common occurance for this Office.

First visit and it was poor. Arrived a half an hour early to fill out paperwork. Paperwork went fine. Appointment was scheduled for 3:00. 3:50 rolled around with no updates or explanation for being late. I had to leave and asked them to call me to reschedule. I still haven’t heard a thing. Paid my copay and received nothing in return. No apology, no services, nothing.

Dr. Turse takes time to be sure you understand your condition and treatment options. He is caring, compassionate, professional and kind. His staff is friendly and efficient. Thank you Dr. Turse & staff!! He's been my doctor for over 20 years!
