We called for an appnt was told by a female she would call us right back well 2 weeks later and my husband has ran out of his meds I called on his behalf to the anaheim office at 714 999 6688 and no answer plus mail box was full what a surprise then I googled the Dr found his ph# for the cerritos office and of course no one to speak to so later that day I tried anaheim again and a human answered!! she was rude short unprofessional and told me My husband has to wait for yet another week !!! wouldnt even see if he could go to the other office in cerritos she just cut me off said NO!! so we told her to disregard & we will find another dr. to bad though My husband really like Dr Edrozo. But his staff is the worst !!!! and very unpleasant & unprofessional!such a waste on such a wonderful Doctor.
