if there was a way to give NO stars i would do it. This practice is a joke. Never have the same people there when i walk in which just goes to show the revolving door is something to keep an eye on and makes it very hard to talk to anybody and have them aware who you are. I don't even think the people working there are licensed properly, spoke with a girl who clearly didn't know what she was talking about regarding my results. The secretary up front was just awful and had a nasty attitude. I've sought help elsewhere but i advise anyone else to steer clear unless you want to be wrongfully diagnosed.

I have NEVER in all my years come across a more UNPROFESSIONAL sense of Human beings! I have only had 2 encounters with the Dr. All my others have been with his nurse practitioner/PA which i have no problen with but his Receptionists need to GO ASAP! I have encountered them to be insincere, never look me in the eye when i greet them, their heads always down on their phones or doing their nails when i come to sign my name in. The other day i was lucky enough to only be a bystander as they verbally and LOUDLY i might add , attacked another patron then had the nerve once that person left, to say rude remarks about that same person loud enough for the waiting area to hear, i was not the only one to notice. My poor rating is sadly on the receptionist part, the Dr and nursing staff have always been kind and made sure i had everything i needed before walking out the door but if this type of treatment continues i will find another office that can show GENUINE kindness from the beginning of the… visit.

The staff was so unfriendly and unhelpful that it brought me to tears.

I could not ask for a better doctor and his PA is awesome ... they both take time with their patients. They listen to what you have to say

My wife has suffered for 3 weeks because she can not seem to get a complete, correct or even coherent image order from the nurse practitioner who has been inserted instead of Dr. Chancellor. The NP my wife has been forced to see neither listens nor seems to care about what my wife's symptoms are and what caused them. We cannot seem to get anything accomplished toward my wife's diagnosis, treatment or recovery due to constant missteps of this office. We will not be going back.

Staff needs to learn a few things about dealing with patients. Trying to communicate with the Dr. in between visits is non-existent. More often than not you are treated like a bother instead of the reason they are there to start with. Dr. Chancellor would have and A+ practice if it weren't for his staff.

Dr Jon Chancelor has been my primary care doctor for more than 10 years. I can't say enough about this fantastic doctor. I have never met anyone who has such a vast wealth of knowledge. Just spending five minutes listening to him explain a procedure or a condition that you might have leaves little doubt in your mind that you are going to get the very best of care. At 71 years of age I have accumulated an array of conditions requiring medical attention, attention that Dr Chancellor does so well. I am so happy to have Dr Chancellor in my corner. Dr. Chancellor is a good doctor, he listens, he's caring and takes his time however his office staff especially his office manager Terry is terrible. They do not follow through on anything, they are rude and unprofessional. It is worse that pulling teeth to try and deal with them if you need to get a refill, follow up with a question for the Dr. There is absolutely NO follow up by them after an office visit if a new med is given or if a new treatment plan is given. I wish he would clean house and get all new front office staff except for DeDe. Keep her she's the only one worth saving.

Dr. Chancellor is an absolutely fantastic doctor. He spends quality time with his patients and is genuinely caring. His staff however, mainly his office manager is rude and makes one feel extremely uncomfortable and unwanted.
