He never examined me yet told my insurance company to deny the treatment my actual neurologist prescribed. He cited articles that associate positive results with these treatments yet still denied I should get the treatment.

This doctor has never talked to or examined me, but he denied my appeal to my insurance company on their behalf for the medication I deserve. Shame on him.

Staff is very courteous.Dr Glass has always been very kind,and has,always listen to my concerns

Dr Glass is absolutely wonderful. I have more problems with the office staff than I do with him. My one complaint is that he doesn't know when you can schedule appointments with him. Each of the last 2 times I needed to make an appointment his calendar wasn't open and I had to keep calling back. Other than that he is most helpful and courteous.
