Dr. Kelly operated on my knee and wrist. He is a consummate professional, skilled surgeon and has a great sense of humor.

Dr. Kelly and his staff provided me with great results to resolve my knee pain. Dr. Kelly was very attentive to my concerns and explained my options with great care. He shared my concerns about how the pain was affecting my quality of life. The staff was very friendly and showed compassion for the pain I was experiencing. They did a great job of setting up the surgery and obtaining all insurance approvals. Dr. Kelly performed my knee surgery and I am now pain free. This office is professional, efficient, and caring.

Dr. Kelly is the best doctor I have ever had the privilege to be seen by. He has been working with me post-op for my full knee replacement. Though he did not perform the surgery (I wish he had) he continues to be an amazing and trusted resource for me. When I have questions he takes a moment to think about what I said and gives me an honest and thought out answer. He has helped me to understand the process of my healing and has offered support when I was frustrated and or worried about my progress. I feel so comfortable and confident in his care that it is almost as if I am talking with my brother. His staff is kind courteous, and knowledgeable. They treat every patient with respect and consideration. The office is clean and neat, and easy to find. If I have to wait for a few minutes I don't mind because I know that Dr. Kelly is helping someone else the way he helps me. Dr. Kelly is a good man and a great doctor.

Having been drug through the system of workers comp for a knee replacement it has been so refreshing and down-right uplifting to have Dr Kelly in my walk to recovery. I cannot make one negative comment about his practice, his staff, or his office. His staff is kind and caring and knowledgeable. The gal at the front desk greets you when you walk in the door as does anyone else behind the counter. aside from an occasional wait of maybe 10 minutes which is most likely because Dr. Kelly is taking time with another patient, I am always pleased with the time spent at my appointment. Dr. Kelly is a very caring man who will sit with you and answer ALL of the questions you might have even if they don't particularly have to do with your injury. I have never felt rushed by him and he always speaks to my level. His bedside manner is warm comforting honesty that is so often lost by others in his field. When dealing with workers comp patients doctors are often not paid for months and I know… of several cases where they have not been paid for over a year for services they have provided. I have had doctors share their frustration with me in ways that make me feel guilty, as if I had something to do with it. Dr. Kelly has NEVER made me feel uneasy in any way. Dr Kelly is THE BEST as far as I am concerned. I have referred several others to him including my husband and other family members and friends and they feel the same and have also referred even more to him.

I was referred to Doctor Kelly by the VA with TRI WEST. Using the Choice VA for non-Veterans medical care. My first visit with Doctor Kelly was a quick Evaluation of my my ankle. After taking a few X-ray of my foot and given me the assessment on my ankle. I am ready for my surgery. That is needed to repair the damage to my ankle. Doctor Kelly's past Medical Expertise and military background made me even more comfortable. Speaking with Doctor one on one with my concerns and with his assessments, reassured me that I will be able to recover from this major procedure. I highly recommend Doctor Kelly to all Veterans and Non-VA patients. I will hope to see more Veterans request for his service. I will return to my more rating and comments on this site. I will be having my surgery done in a couple of weeks. Notes for all Veterans, go through your primary Doctor 1st,then if the VA medical Hospital can't perform the surgery or your appointment is over days . Choice VA will refer… you out with TRI WEST. That's how I got to see Doctor Kelly. I additionally added more information on this site in hopes to share with all other Veterans. Doctor Kelly have been working with Military personnel and continue too. I find Doctor Kelly caring, understanding and very Perfessional during my consultation.

Personable, professional doctor who explained my situation clearly and answered my questions.

I brought in my daughter who was 14 yrs old at the time. After waiting in a hot, crowded waiting room for over an hour, we were finally seen. He was very nice but his staff was not. His front desk/office manager Susan, was very rude and we could overhear her yelling at her staff. That made it very uncomfortable so I went outside to wait till we were called back. I also overheard her talking about the "Margarita Machine" in the "back" needing to be refilled, to one of her employees. Susan also read the x-ray herself, before the Dr., and told my husband that she was pretty sure that my daughter had fractured her knee but to keep it quiet because she was not supposed to say anything. I sat there crying because I thought she knew what she was talking about, but when we saw the Dr. he said that it was just that her growth plate hadn't closed yet. She was sent home with a brace and we never heard from them again. The whole experience was awful!
