Had LASIK which resulted in a "double vision". Siems tried to correct it by performing PRK but it did nothing. Now he wants to do PRK again. Went to another doctor and was told I need to have my lens replaced. He's a nice enough guy... just not a good doctor. Avoid!

Worst mistake of my life was letting Jon Siems touch my eyes. He is not even worthy of being called a doctor because doctors care and want the best for there patients. He did lasik surgery on my eyes and severely damaged my eyes to the point I thought I would go blind because of his negligence. He is arrogant and unkind and only cares about taking your money. I am in constant eye pain and I will never see the same again and never be the same again. I have had to see another dr to treat my damaged eyes. Dont let him touch you!

Been seeing Dr Siems since 2002 and have really appreciated his medical treatments, procedures, and advice. Our sight is very important and I always enjoy having my annual examination and discussing any allergy problems with the doctor who has always provided the relief that I need to continue my day to day activities. Thanks Dr. Siems for your outstanding care.

Initial examination follow-up and procedures when quite well one issue I have is that he has no restrictions after surgery on activity or environment. Followed up for the last 2 years no problem went back for my annual today and the office in Henderson is closed due to non-payment trying to find out what circumstances prompted this dismissal of his office staff is Sometimes good sometimes bad overall I could see well I still have some floaters but I understand that's not his problem.

Dr. Siems performed my Lasik vision correction 13 years ago, and I've had no complications and have had perfect vision since. Very professional, courteous, and efficient.

It has been about 3 years since my laser surgery with Dr. Siems but I can honestly say that he is one of the most professional, personable and just all around together man I have ever met. Very impressed.
