EXTREMELY rude, dismissive and demeaning staff,

Dr Daitch has been my doctor for several years. He understands the negative impacts that chronic pain can have on your life and that some days are worse than others. He provides top notch medical procedures in his surgery center which address your pain directly to help limit the amount of medication you need to take. He has been my advocate to insurance companies to assure that my procedures were covered. I feel like we have a relationship and that I am not just a number. Because of my spinal conditions, I will know Dr Daitch for a long time and feel lucky to have met him. Anthony F

My loved one who was in severe pain was denied service for questioning if being double charged for copayment. Don’t patients have rights-to question the care or cost provided? Look at the signs posted in the lobby something like will be kicked out if ruckus is created. It’s so hard to trust doctors these days—forget about bedside manner and wanting to really help a patient. iIt’s all about greed and money.

I have been going to Dr Daitch for 1 1/2 years and he has been amazing . Takes the time to talk to you , really tries to research your problem and fix it. I have two bulging disc and I’m getting Botox injections and they are starting to take affect quit nicely. I get relief for 10-12 weeks . The staff is always friendly and efficient. I love them all! I’ve been going there for over 5 years lots of procedures and still the same pain. When my urine test came back showing no Klonapin I told them to call quest it was wrong and when I looked at the results because I drink 70-100 ounces of water a day it came up a false negative. They then sent a copy of that visit stating I have inconsistent urine screens to some Dr’s that are not even mine. I took myself off the opioids not them and got yelled at for Klonapin not showing and they don’t even prescribe it to me my GP does. So they ousted me from the practice. We will see what my attorney has to say about them sending my private info without my signed release and to Dr’s I’ve NEVER even seen and have never been a patient of. They seem to be trying to recoup the 2 million in restitution Dr Daitch needs to pay back for illegal practices. Nothing but a pill mill. Besides all the things they say they do every visit but they do none of it. BEWARE!!!

They are okay, long waits but I feel I am treated efficiently. but They seem to be losing a lot of staff, lately I’m always seeing new people, There was this one young lady that was great and seems to no longer be there, she would go in the rooms with Dr Daitch. She always made my visits pleasant and was always thorough. They should try harder to keep their staff at least the really good ones that make a difference.

First, am I the only one to notice for every bad review he gets, a 5 star one almost always follows? You can bet those are not from real patients. I left Daitch after six years of not being treated. Oh yes, I was given rx after rx for way too many pills, in spite of that big sign he was so proud of . . . "We are not a pill mill". Oh yes, they definitely were. And now, you can go there to get your marijuana card, after he posted that HUGE SIGN in the lobby and in the downstairs foyer...VOTE NO ON MEDICAL MARIJUANA. All those big words with no back up. Anything for a dollar. Every visit, they asked what my pain level was, and when I told them exactly where and what my pain was, I was simply blown off. I was actually told I was NOT in pain. Funny, but when I went to other doctors...specialist, who actually took the time and trouble to check me out, do test, have xrays made, do cat scans, they found out what is causing the pain, and I got real treatment for it. Daitch saw… me himself exactly twice in six years. After that, I was pushed off on his assistants. I was given unnecessary urine tests. The one time NO DRUGS showed up in my urine, I was yelled at for it. Trust me, every time I went in after that, I made sure I took a pill earlier. I didn't fill all the rxs, but I made sure I kept every last one of them to prove how many he was writing, and over prescribing. I heard him standing out at the desk talking to his associates, making fun of his patients. And it was the usual course of events to go in at your scheduled time and sit for two hours in the lobby, and then another half hour to forty five minutes in the exam room for a 15 minute max meeting with the p.a., not him. I now have an excellent pain management doctor who had helped alleviate most of my pain, does not over prescribe, actually listens to me, has referred me to other doctors when called for. I wouldn't return to Daitch if you paid me. And I don't believe for one second that he had "no idea" what Dr. Frey was doing. I would like to give him minus stars, but it won't allow it.

I can't believe my Pain Management doctor has committed fraud. I want to switch drs but you can't get a second option for pain management. How cruel !!!!

Can’t say enough about this wonderful doctor. He is straightforward and to the point. Diagnosis on point! I would suggest his care to anyone in need of his expertise.

I was amazed by my procedure from the checking in, to my being walked to my car to see that I was safe to drive. All the nurses and staff were happily working together giving "us patients" a warm and friendly environment. The procedure was quick and pain-free, with comments on what was going to happen throughout. Well done to everyone!
