Very poor experience. During the initial pre-op appointment he wanted to take my son's testicles completely out because there's a possibility he may not have children! Even so, that's no reason to castrate a person! Another issue we had- the day of the surgery, the RN called us in an hour early, saying the dr was running ahead of schedule, we get there early, and have to wait over 4 hours for dr to show up- he was not running early, RNs say he does this all the time, there was no emergency or issue that caused his schedule to change, this is the way he conducts surgeries. He didn't spend much time post-op explaining how to take care of the incisions and what to do, he talked too fast and didn't allow for any questions from us. Lastly- he failed to tell us to schedule a follow-up for incision check 2 weeks, post-op. we only knew about an appointment for post-op check for 3 months. After further investigation, we should've been seen 2 weeks post-op, so he never saw my son post-op-poor.… We have had great experience with all specialty docs at Cook's except him.

My son had some major issues with urination. We saw several doctors with no satisfaction. We were finally referred to Dr. Kaye. He could not have been more patient and kind. My son also loved him even though he ended up needing surgery. The surgery was a great success and my son is now fine. We are so grateful to Dr. Kaye and his terrific staff. I highly recommend him!

The most horrible medical experience of my life. Dr. Kaye is great, but his staff cannot get anything right. They schedule appointments for days he's not even in the office and notify me the day before after i've already taken the tday off of work. If you are a working parent DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE. I repeat, DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE. The staff do not care about your or your needs. 4 out of 4 appointments I've had with this office have gone wrong. They even moved locations and never bothered to advise me for my appointment.
