Dr. Jonathan Jaksum Lam, MD

This Doctor is terrible. He is VERY full of himself, talks over you and is a disgrace to the medical profession. He has NO bed side manner, if you call it that -- it is terrible. He should not be able to work for a National Medical Organization. He should be terminated and I plan to call his manager.

This Dr. lacks empathy and shows no concern for a patients. If you request a follow-up due to continued pain, good luck getting it from him - he's a temperamental toddler who can't take criticism.

Dr. Lam was on-call when my father was brought in with a fractured hip. He was very reassuring, compassionate and detailed with his explanations. He spoke to both of us and was the perfect temperament for the confused state my father was in. He spent more time than one would think an emergency room doctor might have available before surgery, immediately afterwards and during the follow up. We were very pleased with his professionalism and kindness. We would definitely recommend Dr. Lam.

Fantastic surgeon and doctor. Brilliant, caring, and warm. Would refer my friends and family members to him without hesitation!
