Can never get through on the phone to make an appt. or get a renewal on a prescription. It's almost like we're pushed in and out of the office in a huge hurry due to the overbooking. Sorry.

Run I SAY!!..The doctor is ok but the office is small and wait time is crazy!!..The office staff stucks big time.They need to get professionals in there who can comprehend english and who is not taking their time because they have to work!They answer the phone ignorant and don't greet you.

The front desk specifically Kristen needs to learn how to speak to patients in a respectable manner. I dont know which school she has gone to but i think she needs to go back and re learn how to speak to patients.

Not a very good doctor. Too many people waiting every time I was there. Needed a referral and went to the specialist and the referral was not there. It was not an emergency and I called way ahead of the appt but no referral was there. Need to talk to the doctor, good luck! Can't reach during the weekend or non office hours. They tell you to call 911. Sometimes you need to ask a question related to what is going on and it's not quite an emergency. You have to wait until the doctor is in the office and then sometimes you don't get the callback.

Had to wait a very long time. Old looking and worn waiting area. Had a hard time calling for referral. Pharmacy had a hard time getting prescription filled by phone. Would not recommend this office

my insurance states I have to see this quack. can't get referrals when needed. never get calls back when need to talk to doctor. have to wait ...
