Dr. Jonathan Philip Partington, MD

I was introduced to Dr. Partington as the result of a consult when I was admitted to Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. My case is multidimensional and has stumped some very fine physicians. I am a retired, disabled Registered Nurse and he has treated me with respect and dignity that I have seldom found. I am sure this is the case with all of his patients. His manner and ability to explain all options as well as come up with creative solutions continues to impress me. My husband called for his regular prescription refill and left it on the automated service. For days he waited for someone to call him back. He finally broke down and called him and they told him they mailed it. MAILED IT? You have our phone number we picked it up on multiple occasions. Why are you using e-script isn't that the law now. So who knows where the prescription will end up. We live in a condo and get everyone's mail but ours. So my husband is in pain and we have no prescription. Very sloppy patient care. Dr Partington himself is a stellar human and an excellent surgeon. We have no issues with him. He is five stars

I had 5 discs in neck involved in surgery. I had a lot of degenerative damage that Dr. Partington needed to work on. I had full confidence in his abilities, & I believe my outcome was as good as could be expected.

Dr. Partington has done 8 surgeries on me. 2 were for corpal tunnel. 2 on my neck and 4 for my back. I have all the confidence in him and would never consider another doctor.

After seeing another Dr. who did nothing for me i found Dr. Partington. Now with his help am back on my feet feeling better than in a long time. Wish i had found him sooner. Thank you! Thank you!!

I like the fact that Dr. Partington will not just jump into having surgery, but will try other avenues first. If surgery is needed he explains everything to you in terms that you will understand. His staff from the front desk to his secretary are excellent and very nice. They always have a smile for you. I would highly recommend Dr. Partington to anyone who needs a Neurological Surgeon. Dr. Partington is a excellent Neurologist Surgeon! I met him in 1996. He was my Truma Dr. @ Sentara Norfolk General! I wouldn’t trade him for no one else in this world. God worked through him to work on me and right to this day! If I need anything or have any questions or concerns, Dr. Partington told me, never hesitate to call him! I recommend him to everyone!
