Dr. Jonathan Alexander Stone, MD

The visit was a follow-up to a hip injection. We were determining whether the pain was from my hip or my back. Turns out the injection eliminated all the pain. So the problem is my left hip. He is a great surgeon, having operated on my right hip and kept me up to speed on what was being done. Now we are looking at the other hip. Temporarily pain free! Hope it lasts for a while. And very happy the problem is not my back! He puts you at ease and answers questions. Shows the problem area x-rays, pointing out what needs to be done. Then does it and shows the x-ray of the work he did. Very reassuring!

Dr. Stone is the epitome of what anyone would want in a doctor. He is super smart, highly skilled, and patient-focused. On top of all that he is one of the nicest doctors around, truly caring about his patients. While I was preparing for knee surgery with him I referred my sister to him. She had been to a number of other doctors without success. Dr. Stone correctly diagnosed her problem in a matter of minutes. He is simply the best. (BTW, my knee surgery was a total success with a quick recovery. Thank you, Dr. Stone.)

Dr. Stone is a fabulous surgeon! He’s very thorough. He explains things and I had the best results. I could ever imagine! I was extremely skeptical about having a knee replacement, but he was not surgery forward and in the end I did need a replacement and it turned out fabulous. I would highly recommend him with any type of orthopedic issues!
