Dr. Joo Song Kim, MD

This doctor was assigned to my father since his last pcp retired. She NEGLIGENT with her my father. She has at times refused to send his diabetic medication and does not listen to patient complaints. I myself am a PCP and I appalled at the negligence in care for my father by this so called doctor. doctors take an oath she most certainly has forgotten what her purpose is. When asked to change a simple hypertension medication she refused to change even though my father is experiencing side effects that have already caused him to fall and hospitalized. Stating that “she would have to do research” to switch the medication. I have been practicing less than 10 years and I even listed medications that could help both his HTN AND DM2 and her response was that she Dosent what medication to use. For someone who is boasting 50 years of experience she sure doesn’t know basic medicine. SHAME ON THIS DOCTOR AND SAME ON THE COMPANY SHE IS EMPLOYED BY. She is terrible and disregarding, negligent,… and disrespectful. I will work to change my fathers PCP. I hope you can see this message because the way you practice is unacceptable. I would give you a zero rating if I could.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Joo Song Kim. As advised by Preferred Health Partners, I came to see a doctor to get a check up and perscription filled. After waiting 2 hours to be seen at the Lindenwood Hip Center; Dr. Kim refused to treat me. This Internal Board Certified M.D. told me that she would not see me because she was only on schedule to see urgent care patients at that site. She had no sympathy or consideration for my time waisted in the waiting room nor was she professional in her explanation. She continuously walked off during mid conversation and would not hear my plea. Ultimately, I was blown off and rescheduled to see another Dr. the next business day. My time is too valuable to be waisted in such a manner! I would not recommend Dr. Kim to any one of my family or friends and neither should you!
