Could not ask for a better experience for a serious back surgery. Good Samaritan nurses and Dr Grabel staff were outstanding. Recovery is moving along ahead of schedule due to Dr Grabel’s expertise.

My lumbar stenosis prevented me from walking or standing. Now I walk 2 miles per day. Dr Grabel is the best! I have my life back.

Before my surgery I could barely walk 20 yards because my back and legs felt weak and painful. Injections didn’t help so I went to Dr Grabel. I immediately felt at ease. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. And my back surgery was an incredible success! I now walk 1-2 miles a day and feel 10 years younger. Thank you Dr Grabel!

The office staff was so friendly and professional and Dr Grabel took the time to show me what he saw on my MRI and explained my options. My experience with Dr Grabel’s office was excellent right from the start. Zoa and his staff are very caring people. Dr Grabel explained everything to me and gave me many options. I chose lumbar laminectomy fusion surgery and the results were outstanding. I can walk and stand again! Five stars are not enough!

I went to several spine surgeons before I saw Dr Grabel. I saved the best for last. Dr Grabel gave me back my life. My ACDF surgery got rid of all my neck and arm pain and I’m back to all my old activities. The office staff is great too. Highly, highly recommended!

Unfortunately, due to the Medicare reimbursement system with healthcare it’s very difficult to find an honest physician who actually cares about patients. This is a perfect example of one who is solely about greed, dishonesty, and one who is out only for his own financial success. He has testified more than 350 times in the past years against those with legitimate claims involving patients with serious injuries. His one and only purpose is to ensure the protection of the insurance companies interest. In his independent/compulsory exams he will say one thing to the patient and then submit the complete opposite on his findings when reporting back to the insurance companies. As a physician who has witnessed this first hand as a resident at Good Samaritan Hospital and at his own office, it’s very unfortunate that his only care is to make millions of dollars by providing inaccuracies in his documentation to the insurance companies. Others in the medical profession who have also witnessed… this ongoing problem with Dr. Grabel’s only concern, in regards to the protection of his financial incomes, believe it’s a complete shameful act of pure greed. Basically, he’s the “Gordon Gekko” of the medical profession. Hopefully but not realistically, this physician will have a change of heart and start caring more about his patients rather than himself and the protection of the money he receives from insurance companies. Those like myself in the medical profession have very little to no respect for this physician regardless of what his impressive surgical abilities are in the O.R. I will adhere some advice to any and all future patients. No matter what the doctor states to you during your examination, he will always say the complete opposite to your insurance company so that he continues to make himself additional millions of dollars. It’s not personal, it’s business, but realistically it’s harmful to others which is a complete breach of the first ethical promise as a physician. To do no harm to others.

Lies about his patients for higher insurance reimbursement. Gives false diagnoses and falsifies CME for auto insurance carriers to save the companies money. Do not trust.

Dr Grabel is an example of Florida does have A plus doctors in the country! A person in need of a neurosurgeon should be coming to south Fl to see Dr Grabel!
