Dr. Jorge Antonio Aguilar, MD

Dr Aguilar is one of the most caring, intelligent and diligent doctors I have ever known. I have not had the heart to tell him how horrible I have been treated on NUMEROUS occasions by the main receptionist and appointment coordinator in his office though. I hope that one day someone tells him but either way I will stay with Dr Aguilar as long as I am living in Jacksonville. He is a wonderful doctor and has always gone the extra mile to ensure I am properly taken care of. He will make sure referrals are approved for procedures even if my insurance provider does not want to approve on the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd try. He makes me feel like I am an extension of his family and not just a chart with a social security number. His commitment and dedication to his patients and practice is hard to come by these days; I feel very blessed to call him my doctor.

Dr. Aguilar has been our family's physician for two decades. In 1998 after moving to Jacksonville his practice took me in as a patient due to being recommended by my mother who was already a patient since 1991. Dr. Aguilar was quick to observe and diagnose a condition that other physicians had overlooked. Upon a series of tests, his diagnosis was confirmed. After surgery and treatment my outlook is extremely positive and my health expertly managed and maintained by Dr. Aguilar and his staff.

Dr. Aguilar has been my primary care doctor since 1995 and I consider myself very fortunate to have found him. I have all the confidence in the world in him and value his medical opinions above all other. My wife and children are also patients of Dr. Aguilar which illustrates our total confidence in his ability. He is thorough, competent and totally professional.
