Dr. Jose Roberto Cilliani, DO

Dr. Cilliana charges very cheap because that us the only way he can get patients. His staff over books and also takes walk-ins so you will wait hours even with an appointment. The staff is completely incompetent and often rude. It took almost 3 months to get a referral to a specialist. The person who does the referrals was on vacation and no one else could do it. When she returned it took her more than a month to send the referral to the insurance company and every time I called she lied saying she had already sent it and was waiting in them. I found out the truth when I called the insurance company directly. I requested a copy of my medical records twice and still have not received them more than a year later.

Very difficult to see a doctor nurses are the only thing available pretty much just drug prescribers. Phone staff very nice very friendly

I went to get a skin test done and the medical assistant told me it'll be 40$ WITHOUT looking up my health plan, and after I already payed my co pay. The doctor seemed ok. I asked to get referred to a chiropractor and a urologist and he said he'd need to get a physical done before he can do that. I wasn't fasting, so there's that.

Dr Cilliani's staff is horribly rude! they will not get any messages to him ! Dr Cilliani does not make himself available to his patients - Staff will not relay ANY messages to him YOU must always make an apt to ask him anything- will not return calls and his office stone walls you when you want to relay a message from him- YOu are surely to wait 1-2 hours even with an appt in a dirty waiting area with a mixof small children and sick adults . I will definitely change my provider to a more pt friendly and accessible PCP. Dr Cilliani you were a horrible experience for me especially when I needed your help/advise/refill. I work in a low income- free clinic and we strive to give our patients the best care and understanding. This office treated me horribly I will definitely switch providers! There is so much more to say!

Absolutely terrible. Quite possibly the worst staff I've ever encountered. The doctor was ok, but perhaps oblivious to how incompetent the people he hires are at their jobs.

This office is horrible. Its not cleaned, it's nearly always jammed packed full and even when you have an appointment it's pretty much 'first come first serve' even though you typically have to wait several weeks for an appointment. The staff is either always too busy or they don't care. When you finally do get in to see the doc, he nearly always recommends 'quack' type remedies. Need antibiotics ? Drink orange juice. Have a genuine medical problem? Get out and exercise. I don't really know what I need a doctor for, if I am going to be told the same things I could figure out for myself. I would steer clear of this place.

This is the worst Dr. and office(clinic) I've ever been to. Never going back!

Wait time was long. Dr C. answered my questions and sounded like he knew what he was talking about. The clinic could use some cleaning, and the nurses were nice and did a good job doing my lab work.

This place is absolutely awful! This is a business - he sees as many people as possible, in the shortest amount of time as possible, collecting co-pays/payments in cash only and send you on your way. He doesn't care about what's wrong with you or your care. If you are looking for a quick prescription or need a note for school/work, go here, but if you have something really wrong with you this is not the place to go; find a more respectable doctor.

He couldn't answer questions that I asked so he went into a 15 min speech about Vitamin D. I see that there is another review about him doing the same thing. Very unprofessional and doesn't even say bye when he walks out of the door.
