Dr. Jose Alfonso Lopez, MD

Definitely something is wrong with the staff at this place. None of the girls at the office want to do their job and when you step to the window they are all chatting from their desks. They never EVER answer the phones and god forbid you need a referral. The doctor and other provider are ok, but definitely whats hurting this place is the staff. The are very disrespectful, do not know how to do their job and feel offended when someone requests additional help. The billing people, BEWARE, they will charge your health Plan and also charge you via mail. This is completely out of line but since most of the clients are elderly, they dont even bother to look.

Unfortunately I can’t do a good review for this Doctor. I made my appointment by the Oscar insurance app. It was confirmed . I received a call from his staff switching date and location. By the way, 30 miles away from my home. When I attended I was surprised because the staff didn’t have my appointment listed and I lost my trip and of course my time. Very disappointed about this doctor. It’s a shame because my wife who is doctor too, recommended him and said he was better than other physicians. Very bad experience.

My mother and I have been seeing Dr Lopez for over 13 years. He has been absolutely consistent in the medical care and thoroughness. His staff is friendly and responsive to our needs. We are fortunate to have found him.

Dr. Lopez has been treating my 88 year old father for the last 3 years. I feel he is a compassionate, caring doctor, and I'm so satisfied with his treatment of my father. I couldn't ask for a more caring physician than Dr. Lopez. Oh, one other item: his staff is the same as Dr. Lopez: caring, compassionate, competent. We picked the right doctor!!

Dr. Lopez has been my doctor for 12 years. He and his staff have a very caring and welcoming attitude. Often times I feel as though I am the only patient there. Recently I had a serious shoulder/arm surgery. My body isn't healing as normally expected. He and his staff reached out to me with different options for healing and pain. I am finally seeing some of those results directly related to me. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone.
