Dr. Josee Laliberte, MD

I have gone to Dr Laliberte for nearly 20 years and my mother with to her for 14 years. She took great care of both of us and was very caring to me when my mother passed away at 95 years of age. Will continue to go to her.

Great doctor who sits down and actually talks to you about what is wrong and how she plans to care care of your situation. Friendly and professional and does not rush you..

Dr Laliberte is a great doctor that listens to her patients.

The voicemail is too long and way too long when you are trying to make an appointment with all of the rules and messages in the voicemail or if you don't know an extension to call. The staff is terrible. They are snooty and hang up on you when you ask questions. The turn over in staff is continuous--and you figure out why when you go into the office. Dr. Laliberte is an excellent doctor and very charming, but I will change to another doctor because her staff has no customer/patient service skills. I would start over with an all new staff if I was the doctor - they are not helping your business. The complaint I have about Dr. Laliberte is you never hear from her once she has seen you. Someone, her nurse or a clerk in the office give you her diagnosis and so you are paying a doctor to hear what a nurse can tell you. If you ask a question they do not know the answer.

The office staff is very rude and no professional. I like the doctors but not the staff. They have no clue how to treat patients. They would not let me through to speak to the doctors and not let me make an appointment.

I went in to get my vaccinations because I just had a baby and needed them for nursing school as well. Dr. Laliberte informed me that I could not get them because I was breastfeeding and it would K-I-L-L my baby! I looked on the cdc myself and when I informed her that they were all perfectly safe, she got argumentative with me. Instead of actually looking in to something that she had no clue about, she guessed. I don't know about you, but I don't want my doctor guessing about my health. I wouldn't trust her at all!!! After I told her that I didn't appreciate her making something up because she didn't know, she said "Well, I would rather think the worst of it." I informed her that I would not be seeing her any more (after 15 years) and got all of my records. She then sent me a letter a letter stating that she was "firing" me as a patient. I guess it made her feel better. Don't go to her. Go to a doctor that actually knows what they're doing and not just guessing.

Great Doctor! She actually listens to her patients and works out a treatment plan that works for all concerned. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
