Dr. Blazuk is a real gentleman. He was most pleasant. He told us what would happen during the procedure. He explained to what he would do, answered my questions, and quicklly departed when he was finished. If I need a second camera guided shot, he'd be the specialist I'd select.

Dr. Blazuk is warm and caring. He Listens to you and your concerns. He talks with you not at you and he makes you feel as though he takes care of you like family. He wants you to take control of your care decisions.

As a seasonal visitor, I have no permanent doctor to turn to for my semi annual Synvec injection. Well, I have one now. The doctor was very patient as I explained my problems with my knee and the treatment plan that my doctor at home established. He conducted a thorough exam and then gave me my injection. (Almost painless). I now have my Arizona orthopedic doctor!

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Blazuk today. However, I am unable to give a 5 star rating only because I haven't had the opportunity yet to see if his recommendations will work to relieve my symptoms.

Dr. Blazuk was very attentive, allowed me to talk, and actually listened to what I had to say. In my opinion, that is the ONLY way to render top quality care! He didn't have his face in a computer and didn't just give me standard, boilerplate ramblings regarding my knee problem. His information was insightful and helpful and I am on a road to recovery!
