Terrible experience! I saw Dr Bonafede and he ordered a Cat Scan due to an enlarged salivary gland. I had the Cat Scan and read the findings online that afternoon. The results greatly concerned me and I surely felt that I needed to speak with the doctor. I called his office and was told that he left for the day, but that he would call me the next day. After waiting until the afternoon for his call, I contacted his office. I was told that he left for the day (without calling me with the results) and would not return until 5 days later and thus would not return my call until then. As I explained that was unacceptable, the representative hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the office manager. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. An office manager finally picked up and told me that she would have another doctor call me that day. NO ONE CALLED ME! This is heartless and cruel. Truly unacceptable!

Great explanation felt very comfortable with treatment plan

Dr. Bonafede listened to my complaint, took all the facts into consideration. He was thorough and caring. He came up with a game plan to try to figure things out. I really appreciated his professionalism and bedside manner.

I may, or may not have something he can treat, but his diagnostics were comprehensive, and he referred me to the next steps for my health.

Very pleased with the results

I was very anxious upon my arrival regarding a suspicious ulcerated lesion on my tongue. Dr. Bonafede calmed my nerves and gave me a thorough examination. His kind “bedside manner” and detailed exam is exactly what I needed.

Clear concise explanations

Dr Bonafede is easy to talk to-good listener ?? Have never waited long time in either the waiting room or exam room. Good resolutions to any problems. Office staff always helpful n friendly. That’s a big plus.
