Dr. Joseph David Heineman, MD

Dr. Heineman is one of the best doctors I have had. He is smart, professional, thorough, and personable. He explains complex issues and meds simply and thoroughly. I trust him implicitly.

I was having extremely painful bladder spasms that i explained were very debilitating and i couldn't function. I was crying and screaming in pain because every time i moved the catheter moved and my body would get sent into spasms. I was crying and said i needed help and that i was on two anti spasm meds and his reasons was "Well i don't know what you want me to do?" Great man would recommend him to know one.

I was visitor from fl and had a bleeding problem with complications and Dr Heineken would come back to the hospital at the end of the day to double ck on me even on a weekend

Dr Heineman took me on a a patient when my Dotor retired he was great like him alot

Made me feel very at ease before and during my procedure. Highly recommend him!!

Terrible customer support with the office staff. Quick to cancel my appointment when I arrived because they claimed to not have received my authorization. Being military, not exactly sure how it was supposed to work and didn't show up with the authorization letter. Instead of trying to resolve it witha quick phone call to Tricare, told me they would have to reschedule. Zero effort to try to quickly resolve this with a phone call but quick to send me away. Not my kind of place and not military friendly.

Dr Heineman is a very good caring Dr. but unfortunately his office staff doesn't share his bedside manner. They are rude, uncaring, and unresponsive. Especially their office secretary.
