Terrible. I made a physical appointment and they charged me for a office visit so I had to pay. Then they were useless in trying to fix it. The doctor is tricky because he crafts the notes so it looks like you came in complaining of something. Really shady stuff to get more money from the insurance company/copays. Stay away.

Dr Jose, his front desk staff and nurses are all wonderful. I have been a patient for several years and have only had great interactions and experiences including scheduling appointments, call backs, referrals, Rx call-in etc. Dr Jose is very warm, caring, listens attentively, and has a great bedside manner. My mom, dad and adult son now all see him. Thanks Doc!

Dr. Jose is a warm, friendly and caring Doctor who is also extremely thorough. It took me a long time to find a Physician like Dr. Jose, and I would not want to see anyone else. His staff is excellent. I have never had any issues with follow-ups, as well as getting referrals. Thank you Dr. Jose! Excellent Doctor!

I have been seeing Dr. Jose for about two and a half years. I chose Dr. Jose because I was looking for a new primary doctor on my plan that was close to me. We discovered that I was diabetic and we came up with a plan that has worked great for me. Dr. Jose has a very warm personality, listens to your concerns, and gives you complete attention at your appointment. I know I made the right choice. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Joseph is a good doctor, but a money hungry doctor. As we all know that we are allowed to have one yearly well physical visit which most of the insurance company will cover all and no copay is required. Dr. Joseph's office does not apply the visit as a "well visit or yearly physical visit" within the insurance company which will produce extra expense owed to whatever his office bill us for. Whatever you need from him, you cannot get by calling his stuff, you must schedule a new appointment to see him, and again there it goes, one more visit to collect!!
